Mary O'Connell was a Health Communication Intern in the Tobacco Control Research Branch (TCRB), where she worked on activities to disseminate tobacco control, treatment, prevention, and cessation information to scientific, professional, and public audiences.

Current and/or past BRP mentees include Donna Hopkins, Carlos Garrido and Amy Caplon.
