Joan Becker, B.S., has been a member of the Division of Cancer Control and Population Sciences at the National Cancer Institute since its inception in 1998 and thus has a great deal of historical knowledge about the program and is instrumental in day-to-day operations. She is the point-of-contact with the Administrative Resource Center for the Behavioral Research Program. Ms. Becker handles "all things" personnel and is also responsible for managing office space, property, telecommunications, and Conference Requests. She is also the program's unofficial environmental steward.
