Tommie McKoy, B.S., is a Program Analyst in the Division of Cancer Control and Population Sciences (DCCPS), Behavioral Research Program (BRP). He provides guidance on grants policy, portfolio management, and administrative procedures for the BRP. Previously, he was a Program Analyst with the Applied Research Program within the Office of the Associate Director. As a Program Analyst, Mr. McKoy was responsible for providing technical guidance and programmatic support in the areas of portfolio analysis, grants management and management of the program's travel plan.

Prior to joining the National Cancer Institute, Mr. McKoy was a supervisor with the Division of Extramural Activities Support (DEAS) Program with the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA). During that time, he supervised a staff that supported NIAAA's Contracts, Grants, Program and Review business areas. Before entering government service, he enjoyed a 14-year management career in the private sector where he held a vast number of management positions that included Industrial Engineer, Warehouse Distribution Manager and Senior Logistics Manager. Mr. McKoy received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology, Manufacturing Systems from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University located in Greensboro, North Carolina.
