Heather D'Angelo, PhD, MHS, is a Program Director in the Health Communication and Informatics Research Branch of the Behavioral Research Program. She earned her PhD in Health Behavior from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Gillings School of Global Public Health. She holds a MHS in International Health with a concentration in Human Nutrition from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and a BS in Biochemistry from Northeastern University
Prior to joining NCI, Dr. D'Angelo was an Assistant Scientist at the University of Wisconsin-Madison for the Cancer Center Cessation Initiative Coordinating Center. Dr. D'Angelo completed her post-doctoral training as an NCI Cancer Prevention Fellow.
